Return Policy
There are No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds as this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Once items are received, contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item via email at, support@intentfulhealing.com so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. If you have not received your item, but the item(s) have been delivered per the carrier, we will not issue a full refund. We will consider issuing out a replacement item as soon as possible.
All of our products are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure the high quality of our products. Please be mindful that All sales are Final when placing your order.
Shipping Policy
All products are processed within 2-3 Business days from the transaction date. Once processed, all products will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to arrive, unless otherwise specified, thank you.
